280 m² living space, 32 m² pool space. 30 m² solar collectors, 20 m² photovoltaic elements with 2.5 kWp output. Geothermics: 200 m borehole with geothermal probes and 100 m² horizontal ground heat exchanger.
PC-controlled EnergyRouterSystem with 10 kW heat pump and trialling of adsorption and absorption refrigeration machine and LDCS (Liquid Desiccant Cooling Systems) for heating domestic water, building temperature control, dehumidification and heating the swimming pool.
